Ford Focus 2017 (67) - 1.5 TDCi 120 Titanium 5dr

We recently bought our Mazda MX-5 from Congleton Autos. Having taken a gamble to travel from central Scotland we weren't dissapointed. The customer service experience was very good from the first call to leaving the garage with our new car. We were even collected from the train station. The car was as described in the advert and in excellent condition. They definitely look after their vehicles and customers. We didn't feel rushed to look over the car and when out test driving it. All staff members including the lovely ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. We had a little niggle with the car after we'd been driving it home for an hour. The gentleman who we had dealt with in the garage offered to cover the cost of having it looked at and repaired. Brilliant communication and he even checked in with us when we were driving home to make sure we were OK. I would 100% recommend this garage and for anyone worrying about taking the gamble on travelling, it was worth it. We'd do it again. Much thanks to all at Congleton Autos. I recently had an excellent experience with Congleton Autos Limited (C.A.L). 3 weeks prior I had an MOT and the rear number plate was replaced. Woke up to discover the rear plate had disappeared, I called the garage that MOT’ed the car and they were unavailable. I rang several garages before (C.A.L) was able to help. I was desperate to have the plate installed within 1 hour due to a work meeting that had been planned a year in advance, SHAWN called me be back after 5 minutes. As soon as I arrived he stopped his current job for 5 minutes and installed the new rear plate for me. I couldn’t ask for a better service. I’ll be having my car MOT’ed here at the end of this year.
