Hyundai TUCSON 2017 (67) - 1.6 GDi Blue Drive S 5dr 2WD

Shocking garage ! Sold me a car with a burnt out engine , tried to come up with some solutions but turned me away , 2000 plus down the drain , now I don’t have a car and am at risk of losing my job ! Do not buy cars from this garage !! Taking advantage of an 18 year old ! I’ve posted an update ! Update: promised me a new engine, ignored me ever since , went down the garage and asked for the owner (apparently no ones knows who the owner is ) shock ! So I’ve been with this car for over 3 months now without hearing anything from the garage , oil leaks has got worse , I’m putting in a litre of oil every week(for a Mini Cooper) shocking !

Bought a Ford Ranger. had it for two weeks and noticed large variations in the coolant level. Waited three weeks to get into local garage to get it checked out. Head gasket blown. Phoned Finesse and was told the same as other purchasers - that they had fulfilled their legal obligations by providing a Warranty. This isn't correct. Sent emails and a recorded delivery letter giving them a time frame in which to respond - no response to any of them. Their refusal to engage contravenes their AA accreditations. I have spoken to the AA. They say that the more customers complain to them then they will review /end their involvement with the garage. I was told not to drive the car as the engine was under high pressure. Been without a car for 6 weeks. I have paid over \xa32k for the repair. I will now begin legal proceedings to recover the money because the warranty they provide has refused to cover any of the work. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: I have been made aware that since the end of June 2024 the AA and the AA brand no longer have a relationship or any affiliation with Finesse Motors.

Buyer beware and avoid this dealership. I purchased this vehicle, Shogun, and drove 130miles after being told it was in great condition and had a small bit of surface corrosion underneath that would come off. It also had over 10 months MOT left. Went to see it and saw that the side steps had a lot of rust under and a bit of welding was needed on the rear wheel arch. Also needed a few things done so took it. Go back home and took it to the garage to do the work and they won't touch it. There are 5 large rusted holes high up underneath it, one was filled with mud and undersealed over it. Extensive other rust areas and the rust to the rear left is so bad that it is hanging down and the vehicle is not roadworthy. Also has had a botched DPF bypass on it with sensors just cut and isolated and all in all an illegal MOT. They don't want to discuss it saying it's not their problem anymore so I now am calling Trading Standards and VOSA. Hopefully they will not be around for long!!!! In response to Finesse reply they say they offer a warranty but refuse to apply that warranty and take the vehicle back. Regarding the MOT they advertise as being AA Approved and part of that is that they undertake to ensure cars are safe and roadworthy before selling them. That is clear on the AA Charter. They have clearly not done this. In response to my review which I sent them on email, all they relied was 2 large laughing emojies. Not that I expected any professionalism!!! I have emailed them to ask them to get this sorted oon the "Warranty" that they claim they offer but still after a week don't get an answer!!! So much for their response to this review!
