Brought a bmw from them 3 months ago but had nothing but problems with the car the blokes nice enough but the car should have never passed the mot because the catalyst converter was stolen from from exhust so should been a automatic fail give the bloke he's due he fixed the exhust pipe but I got to go to pay \xa31690 to get the car running correctly what is not far off what i paid for the car in the first place

Absolutely outstanding service from Brooke Motors London! I bought a car from Nick at Brooke Motors and although there were some issues at the beginning, the way he handled everything was beyond exceptional. Nick personally came all the way to Rutland to collect the car, took it back to London for repairs, and then drove it back up to Sheffield where I was staying—who does that these days?! His communication throughout was amazing—always keeping me updated, super kind, polite, and genuinely apologetic about the inconvenience. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things right. Honestly, the best service I’ve ever experienced. Would absolutely recommend Brooke Motors to anyone!

Just bought my first car from Brooke Motors. Car is in great condition and well worth the price. I saw their cars on a website and contacted the to schedule a drive test. The staff was amazing and very professional. Process was very smooth and Nick did a home delivery-free of charge. I recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a great deal, don’t forget to call in advance and schedule an appointment.

My younger sister bought a VW Polo from Brooke motors a few months ago to learn how to drive. The car is in spectacular mechanical condition and the staff at the garage went above and beyond with all after care. The boots hydraulics were faulty and it was fixed on the same day. The driver side and passenger side windows had electrical problems and wouldn’t work, the staff had the car brought in on 3 different occasions to make sure it was fixed and back to full functionality. This is genuinely the best mechanic & car traders I have ever come across. Highly recommend.
