I bought a car from dean very recently. The service provided is exceptional. Thorough, polite and easy from start to finish. I had an issue with the car the next day but a short phone call later and a visit to the garage and it was fixed with no hassle. Would recommend.

I bought an A5 from Dean and his team. They were friendly and helpful through the whole process and I bought the car on the spot. It’s had some unforeseen issues, but Dean has got to me straight back, and got the car in for all the problems needed fixing up. Tom and Dean know their way round the cars and go above and beyond. Dean and Emma are always on standby. Can’t rate them highly enough and will go here from now on for services, cars and any issues.

Thom and the team went above and beyond to fix my car when the steering column broke and (luckily for me!) left my car stranded near Dean Smith Car Sales in the middle of a 400 mile drive. Not only did Thom do everything possible to get a complex repair completed within a couple of days, he even went to a scrappy to get parts and save me from paying huge repairs costs. 2 days later I was on my way home to Scotland in a safe & smooth-driving car. What an amazing mechanic and team! Thank you Thom!
