Sherwoods Sunderland Citroën Fiat and Abarth were great because from the start Phil Robinson was polite, friendly, respectful, patient and explained everything in detail. I was not happy with the first car I test drove but Phil was very understanding when I explained why it was not the car for me and found a car which was much more suited to my needs. I can't thank him enough for all his help
Sherwoods Sunderland Citroen Fiat and Abarth were great because the sales person (not sure of his name, maybe Phil? He was going on holiday soon after i viewed) was very friendly, very knowledgable and able to talk me through a range of cars and compared their features which helped me to make the decision that this one was right for me. When I picked the car up, the people who supported with that I thought were a bit more sharp (particularly one who rang me). They were okay, but just a bit less friendly and more rushed, and the car absolutely had not been fully valeted. The inside was clean (as it was when I viewed it) but the outside was still dirty and there were still marks inside. That said, it drives perfectly and I love the car so happy overall with the experience. If the first guy had still been there I may have asked if he would make sure it was valeted inside/out.
