Originally went to Dales to get ideas about Motorbilty vehicles but due to the amazing service from Dave Allen who was assisted by both Chloe and Jason we end up with a new vehicle in record time. Would 100% recommend Dales to anyone

Very pleased with the way Zac and the service department dealt with an issue I had while in the county on holiday. Thoroughly professional communications and the provision of a loan car, made sure the car was safe and provided all the information needed to get home and fix the problems. Nice people to deal with

We honestly couldn't recommend Dave and Dales Vauxhall more highly. Not only did he find us the exact car we were looking for straight away (and got us a great deal), he was genuinely lovely to deal with - helpful, friendly, thorough and responsive - from the first time we spoke on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so well looked after throughout. A model of brilliant customer service - thanks Dave!

Three years ago I left a glowing review for Dales Vauxhall at Scorrier particularly mentioning the salesman who dealt my new car order, Dave Allen, and the rest of the staff, as I took delivery of my new car. I am back with them for the purchase of my new car, a Vauxhall Combo Electric. This is my first electric car and I approached the experience with some trepidation. I needn't have worried. Yet again Dave Allen's experience and knowledge of the vehicle I was getting was complete and reassuring. I knew I was in safe hands. I am incredibly pleased with my new car and can assure you that I shall be back at Dales next time I need a new car.

Brilliant service. Dave Allen was such a great source of information. I had no idea what I wanted when I called and he listened to my requirements and guided me through the process, never pushy, just suggestions and helpful information. Kept me informed and was totally honest about the possible wait for the new car. As it was the car arrived well before the expected date and so I was able to pick the car up nice and early. The hand over was great and Dave made sure that I had all the basics sorted before I drove the car away. Very much an enjoyable experience with friendly and helpful advice. Highly recommend to anyone who's thinking of buying a new car. Thankyou 😊
