Ford Focus2017 - 1.0T EcoBoost Titanium Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

Brought a 2013 Ford ranger from Braceys. Loved the truck and really wanted one to start my new career journey. After a week I found it was leaking coolant from a pipe. Sent photos to Braceys and was told a replacement pipe had been sent to me TWICE. But they never arrived 👍. 2 weeks later the truck fully died on me, absolutely gutted because I fell in love with the truck and was going to use it at my new job. (Never did unfortunately) I genuinely thought they were good lads there. If the pipe did arrive it could’ve prevented it from failing. A big shame An add one as I’ve seen Braceys reply to this review. There was never a conversation where they told me not to use the vehicle. Instead they kept telling me a pipe had been sent (sending me a receipt) which never came. Andrew is just full of nonsense and excuses to climb his way out of a bad review. The facts are; the proof is in writing that there’s a band of continuous lies stated by braceys. The engine never over heated on me and I always made sure the coolant was above the minimum. Why he continues to tell me it did overheat is beyond me. He must’ve been in the vehicle with me all the time, lol. Texting me saying because of the review I can sort the pipe out myself is funny. It will only cost \xa310 for the pipe which is comical considering this was told to be sent to me TWICE. Receiving this pipe probably wouldve stopped the engine from failing. The report also states that there is clear evidence there was a coolant issue when sold to me Response: the lies just continue coming from you 🫣 Stop trying to protect yourself you absolute tool. For anyone reading this, I’d be more than happy to show you the report and everything in between. Andrew mate, I have all messages from you and all other members of Beaceys. Also the part of the report that says it was faulty when it was sold to me. Ps you never gave me any advice just lies about sending replacement parts….. lol

The staff were amazing and overall, it was a good experience buying a car from here. They also offered a 3-month warranty. A month after purchase, the car was due for a service, so I called them. The person who answered said he will get a quote and get back to me in a day — but I never heard back, even after a whole month. So I booked a service elsewhere. While checking the tires, the mechanic informed me that the wheel nut key was missing. I contacted Bracey Motors, and they claimed it was included and it is written in PDI, which I signed. However, as far as I remember, guy said, this is car document please sign it and i did, also I didn’t check everything in the car before leaving. Also, it’s unrealistic to expect a customer to check for a wheel nut key during a viewing. They normally check the damages and scratches. Other than that car is great, I have done around 2500 miles since i bought it, no issues in car.
