I approached them through their website to arrange a test drive for THREE cars. The response I got was over a day late for the requested time and clearly didn't reflect my enquiry. "Thank you for your recent enquiry on the BMW X3 we currently have for sale. Great news the vehicle is still available and I am happy to help with any questions you might have." I then sent a follow up email see if anyone was prepared to be more helpful and got a call the following day by someone who also couldn't see how my enquiry hadn't been addressed. His only objective was to defend his colleague and dismiss the fact that I had had no specific answer to any of my questions. I will buy elsewhere as I can't imagine how you would be treated if the car you bought had issues. Great response. Don't address the fact that you didn't respond to my request for a test drive of three cars not just one. Don't address the fact that no one came back to me until 24 hours after I had requested the test drive. And then embark on a self defence tirade that amounts to contempt for potential customers. Anyone reading this would do well to visit the TrustPilot website for many more damning reviews of this outfit.

I purchased a car from them, a 640d. I'm quite happy, and I had a massive oil leak through the oil cooler, but the lads were very friendly and helped me out with the insurance company to receive some compensation. I'm quite happy. I will definitely use them again for my next purchase.

I didn’t ultimately buy the car I was looking at with Car Quay due to finding a more suitable spec in the model I was looking at with another dealer, but they were easy to deal with and refunded my hold deposit swiftly.

I am picking my car up in a couple of days, my review is about the people who work here. They are so genuine and friendly. When I phoned about the car I was unsure when I would be able to get there so I left the call without confirming. There was no pushing me to agree anything. I was just told to ring back when I was sure. When I went to look at the car I took the car for a test drive , loved it, left a deposit and the while process was efficient and the staff were all so friendly. Since securing the car, my diary has meant I have had to change the pick up date many times. Each time, a different peraon has taken my call and they have all, without a doubt, been super friendly and super helpful. I went looking ro a car around 7 years ago and I found the same extremely friendly, non pushy customer experience then as I did recently. I am not goid at making my mind up on buying things like cara, I am apprehensive, but I feel absolutely confident in buying this one. I would highly recommend the company. Brilliant!

Having booked an appointment for 11am on Sunday 6th July to view a vehicle having paid a deposit. We left feeling extremely underwhelmed. Unfortunately the vehicle had alot more cosmetic damage than the photos posted on the advertisement, basically all the damage on the left had side of the car was not shown in any of the photos or listed. If we had know this we would not of travelled to see the car. I was looking forward to taking it out for a test drive but then also notice both back tyres also needed air and rust was clearly visible inside the doors. The inside of the car was clean even though it was parked in a difficult place to view. The staff were very polite and friendly but customer parking was also an issue. Would of loved to of had a better look at the vehicle but I was put off with how the car was presented for viewing so we walked away. Complete waste of time for ourselves and the company.
