NEVER EVER BUY CAR FROM HERE !!! 2 day ago i bought i car from here the display a fake registration plate on it so i couldn't check and whel i called them they said yes car working need to be done mot so i booked for mot and i drive there and after they told me this car has a majot issues needs to fix araound \xa32500 and i should drive this one major issue its so dangerues and he asked how they allow you and i said they didnt told me When i called them they said there is no mot for reason ans the rest my fault i should read the agreement and all I can return or do anything i just got scammed

I bought my ford agila from BINCA on Saturday 5 July. I had already been and looked the day before and spoke to Sam who was very personable. I couldn’t find anything but decided to go back the next day and I’m glad I did. Calvin was very welcoming and helpful and I managed to get what I wanted. I then completed the sale with maya who helped me with taxing the car there and then. I came away feeling very happy. I want to thank Sam for hhis great service when I bought my new car. I delt with Calvin a few weeks ago Very bad customer service Just seems like he’s too busy to even talk Car had problems after problems after a few weeks of buying the car, spent hundreds on it so far. They obviously buy the cars really cheap and pretend nothing is wrong with them then sell them with no warranty or anything. Couldn’t leave no stars so 1 star is generous!!

I saw a car on their site and decided it was worth the 2.5hr drive to look at it. So I called and explained that I didn’t want to drive that far only to find the car was sold when I got there. They asked when I would be arriving and I said I was aiming for 1300 but sometime between 1300 and 1400. I was assured that the car would be there. I arrived at 1304 walked in and spoke to the same guy who I had spoken to on the phone. He went off and returned a minute later to announce that the car was not there but in Leicester! That is at least an hour’s drive away and the car had not left. I got an admission of fault and a half arsed apology. Apparently the car should have been back at 1200. So I cannot comment on the quality of their cars as I never got to look at one. As to the customer service, above are the facts and you can decide for yourselves. I asked them to let me know when the car arrived in case I was still in the area. That call came in at 1544. I was not and certainly won’t ever be returning to visit them.

If you like pouring thousands of \xa3\xa3\xa3\xa3 into the car you've just bought then this is the place for you however for the majority of people we don't have an endless bank account to cover all these massive problems with the cars I've bought from here. Thought the first one was just a one off but sadly all these cars have problems. Obviously the only vehicles that end up here are ones that no one wants to buy elsewhere. Somehow Binca know how to cover up the problems just to sell then days later the vehicle brokes down. Steer clear unless you enjoy buying dodgy cars.
