There was no pressure for sale, but they answered all our questions and were happy to leave us to browse. Chris was very approachable and offered a test drive, definitely a fabulous salesman, but with no pressure, just professional and approachable. Shabbi couldn’t have been more professional and helpful, when my son collected his car yesterday. They produced the service paperwork and new MOT certificate with no advisories. I am so glad my son gave them a look. They have a wide range of affordable cars. We received a 100 per cent superior service to that experienced at many other dealers over the years. 5 stars is no where near enough for these guys! From the second I called to arrange viewing a car I felt relaxed, respected and listened to. I went to test drive within the hour and although not what I had originally been looking at, I fell in love with the car. Chris was extremely genuine, respectful and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel I was being pressured, pushed or disregarded because I was female (this has happened 4 times in the past week viewing cars) The car is a 14 plate but immaculate inside and out, full service history and drove like a dream. All my questions were answered and there was proof of literally everything. Infact Chris would not let me take the car until he had done a fresh MOT and although it sailed through, he even did the advisories for me. I paid a deposit on Monday there and then and on Thursday morning it was done. When I went to collect this morning, the car was out ready and to my surprise even cleaner than the first time I saw it. Typically when I went to pay I discovered my bank had an issue with online banking and no one could access funds. Obviously I had been dropped off as I was due to drive my new car home. Without hesitation Chris offered to take me to the local branch and bring me back so I didn’t have to get taxis. Nothing seemed too much hassle for him. I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable while purchasing a car and I could not be happier with my little mini. Absolutely recommend to anyone that wants to get themselves a used car as not only are they professional and genuine, great value for money and thorough, they are so knowledgable and respectful. 10/10 but in theory should be 1000/10!

Shabbi couldn’t have been more professional and helpful, quickly arranging a test drive of a used Audi A4. Immediately offered to fix a small suspension issue and promised to fix any advisories arising from a fresh MOT, with a fresh service to boot. Returned today and met by Chris who produced the service paperwork, new MOT certificate with no advisories, and an invoice (no additional cost to me) for the suspension arm. They also had no problem with me test driving again before paying my balance. Give them a look, they have a wide range of Mercedes, Audi, VW and other brands. Much superior service to that experienced at many other dealers over the years. Thanks the BSS team.
