I'd definitely recommend EMG Thetford because they were very helpful and I was not sure of the car I wanted, Paul their sales rep, he did not push a sale and gave me time to look. When I saw the car I wanted at another EMG site he was very helpful in obtaining it for me. After I had got the car he phoned an check that I was all ok with car. I would highly recommend Paul and the company.
EMG Thetford were great because they had what we wanted at a price we were prepared to pay, and the transaction was pretty painless. There has been a minor issue but we are delighted with the way this has been dealt with. Our salesman and his colleague have been first rate and we very pleased so far with how things have gone.
My experience at EMG Thetford could have been better because the car was taxed through the Post Office, not online , consequently the vehicle showed. as untaxed for 2 days, therefore the vehicle could not be driven, as no tax also means no insurance, although EMG where quite happy for us to drive it away untaxed and uninsured… We bought roadside assistance with the vehicle this documentation was not provided when we picked up the car, it was provided 3 days later when we asked about it.. still have not received the log book…. Need I go on!! Not what I expect from a Main Dealer extremely poor service… definitely will not be using again
