Having bought many cars from many different dealers over the last 30 years, I would recommend Vertu MINI Durham to friends and family because Alicia went above and beyond what I expected, particularly from a remote transaction. Even though I was in a different country (Wales!) she looked after me as well as if I had been a local and was likely to come back with repeat business. She answered all my questions, courteously and patiently, and made the whole transaction painless.
Vertu MINI Durham were great because the attention and service received made me feel valued and at no time did the salesman make me feel pressured. As the car was my purchase, for once the salesman dealt only with me (woman in her 60s!) when previously at other venues conversations had been directed to my husband despite him telling them to talk with me. Needless to say they lost my business and Vertu Durham gained! Thank you to Tom Sutton.
