I'd recommend FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil to a friend because the sales side of the business is great. Derek was a star and a joy to do business. The only real let down was service side as there was a break down in communication between service and sales meant I had to wait for boot liner which took a good 3 weeks to get. I also felt that maybe a few things had been missed on the service that the dealership had done before handover has the glass sunroof had very little to no grease on the runners which is something that should have been checked.
