Apply nowThis will be the oddest of positive reviews but here goes. I bought a Discovery 4 from VGS and unfortunately the crankshaft went after 6 days. VGS offered to repair it but I was unsure so they offered me a full refund. They even came and took the car away at no expense to myself and the money was back in my account in full before the car left my drive. Can’t fault their honesty and integrity, 5 stars for being decent helpful people in an industry where these qualities can be sadly lacking.

Purchased a White Discovery 4 Landmark recently and have had very good service. Had a couple of questions to resolve on the vehicle and the vehicle was collected and the questions answered straight away, no fuss or delays. Communication has been first class, sales service first class and so far, the vehicle has also been first class. Traded in my Freeland 2 3.2L to support the purchase. Took a week to repair a broken shock absorber, which meant I had to take 3 days annual leave, so I'm out even more money. They managed to give me a courtesy car, which smelled of stale urine, the seatbelts didn't work, the driver electric window didn't work, the passenger seat was stuck so I couldn't get any passengers in, and then TWO tyres blew out because the tyres I was driving on weren't road worthy and were cracked. Meaning I was left stranded on the M25 for 2 hours, after nearly crashing. They never called back when they said they would, and i was constantly being told my car would be ready that day and it wasn't. They insisted the reason it was taking that long was because they were trying to save me money, but I ended up having to pay for a taxi home because I was stranded on the M25 which was over \xa3100, and take 3 days of annual leave. Then had to pay over \xa3500 for the pleasure. No discount or even an apology offered. In comparison, my car broke down recently and the new garage i went to had my car diagnosed, repaired and ready for collection within 8 hours for a much more complicated repair, and they always called me back, and were polite.
