Kind and genuine people who strive to give you a great service. It's like dealing with a close friend rather than a company. You need a great second hand car? They'll do you proud. Edit - 4 years later. I'm still using the same car. It's given me some great service and was totally as promised. I purchased my Hyundai from SAl5 Car Sales on Sunday. Russ was great and a pleasure to deal with. I like the fact that there was no pressure sale where usually in other car sale places the sales people pounce on you as soon as you get out of your car.
