Purchased a car from here, the buying process was extremely efficient and professional and you are treated very well the moment you walk in. Stuart was very easy to deal with and made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had about the car. Shortly after purchase the car did need some major and extensive work which was just down to bad luck and timing, however this was resolved and handled really well so I am very happy with the end result and can enjoy the car. Disappointed with the lack of aftercare. I own two Ferraris and wanted to extend the warranty on one. I was given a quote and booked an inspection — three months in advance. I was told to bring the car in at 8:30am for a one-hour appointment. They didn’t even look at it until 1:30pm, so half a day completely wasted. After the inspection, I was told the car was in great condition. But then came the surprise: Ferrari had changed their warranty structure and pricing — and the new cost was \xa33,000 more. That wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and I’m still waiting for any sort of resolution. Communication has been poor, and it feels like everyone’s on holiday. Not what you expect from a premium brand.

Fantastic experience on purchasing my new vehicle from Colchester Ferrari. Travelling from afar and on arrival we were greated with coffee and pastries followed by a mini tour of the impressive showroom. All staff members were very welcoming and friendly. A big shout out to Stuart 'Batch' Batchelor who took care of us, great chat about our past car experiences and F1! A few weeks after purchase a minor niggle surfaced which was swiftly taken care of by Stuart and team and my local dealership. Overall, a great buying experience, love my new car and will be sure to return for future car purchases.

Very poor experience. I’m led to believe The dealership fitted the wrong part to my car leading to a breakdown. I have had 2 further breakdown in the ferrari and have been without my car for over 3 months. I have heard nothing from Stratstone since the last breakdown a month ago and no acceptable solution has been forthcoming. This will continue in court. As a long term “repeat” customer of both the dealer and the brand I will not be using either again ! Saddened and dismayed as their total lack of regard for me as a customer.

Refused to send a video unless I provided my home address. Phone number I can understand but home address?? Appalling sales technique and lost the sale of a car I was very interested in. I own several Ferraris and there are certainly better dealers out there, I wouldn’t waste your time.
