When you are in this dealership the service is often decent. However it is virtually impossible to get them to pick up the phone. I was promised a call back three weeks ago as the repair needed parts and couldn't be done on the day. The call back hasn't happened and I can't get through on the phone to try and find out what is happening. (Currently calling again - waiting 20 minutes so far for my call to be answered!) I'm hoping may be someone will see this and call me back?

After having an Audi for nearly four years I would never purchase one again. Tamworth Audi have been utterly appalling. Again, the car has been back with them for nearly two weeks with a stick charging flap again after they 'repaired' it less than 12 months ago. I went to pick the Q4 up again yesterday to find that it looks like the dealership probably has to take a crobar to the flap to get it open. Damaged the paint right down to the plastic and then thought it would be okay to give the car back like that. Just typical of the terrible service from them. One time they had the car for three months for a motor issue and didn't even bother to update me. Car is still with them waiting for them to put the damage right. Such terrible customer service. I will never ever buy an Audi and would never ever use Tamworth Audi again ify life depended on it

I can never get hold of anyone, the phone just rings out and if you do manage to get through you can't speak to the person you've been dealing with. Had a booking for a repair around a month ago, got up early on a Saturday morning to get there and be told it hasn't been booked in. Emailed and received no response. Awful communication/service

All salesmen/women are not created equal Between my husband and I, we have extensive experience of car sales and the people who sell them ranging from ‘Honest John’, whose recommendations and guarantees have the reliability of a third-hand wheelbarrow with only 2 wheels - right the way up to the other end of the spectrum which would be our recent experience. Ben is disarmingly - and genuinely! - enthusiastic about his product. It’s evident this guy lives, breathes and sleeps cars. Whilst his heart belongs to the faster, high-performance vehicles he somehow manages to retain infectious affection for pretty much any vehicle you might want to discuss. Which is why he was the right guy for us. We were looking within a rather narrow range of vehicles and at a point where we had pretty much given up and were ready to move on, he found it. He found THE ONE. Perfect. On paper. It was in Manchester. We were in Tamworth. Ben sorted out the transfer of the vehicle down to him so that we could take the little thing for a drive. Obviously, no guarantee and no commitment to buy. A lot of work for relatively little reward for him. But he sorted it with a smile from start to finish. Fortunately we loved the car and bought it the same day we tested it. Again, a massive headache for poor, patient Ben but he did it! Now, we’ve had one or two niggles - minor issues. The car itself is fantastic but it’s missing a couple of bits. Ben is on it. He’s sorting these little things out for us and we have faith in him. It’s so commonplace for a salesman to lose interest the second the deal is done. Customer service be blowed. They’re outta here! Not Ben. This guy is going far. And fast. If his right foot has anything to do with it!
