The attitude of the service department was atrocious. My car was booked in for a diagnostic check and was being done foc which I was thankful for. They agreed to drop me off home and collect me which they agree to and stated on there web site. When they rang me and quoted \xa3650 to rectify the fault I was shocked and got other quotes for the work which came to \xa3385. When I said I would like my car back they told me to either walk or get a taxi and pay your self. Not what I expected. My car was purchased from them and serviced by them. Will I buy another car from them ??? Why would I after receiving this sort of service

I bought my third Audi, a nearly new ex demonstrator A7, from Birmingham Audi. The team at the Solihull branch were excellent, Sunny in particular made every effort to answer all my questions, allowing me two test drives with no hard sell, and time to ponder. The whole process was stress free, I'd highly recommend Birmingham Solihull Audi, all three members of staff I dealt with, Sunny, Adam & Daniel couldn't be faulted.

My car has been here for repair and oil service. The customer service is very good, in particular George on the service team. They will do a complimentary wash and vac if you ask. The free coffee in the customer rest area is very good, and you can look round the showroom and see all the new models.

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul was very clear throughout and really listened to what we were looking for. He also went that extra mile to find and close in on a deal which we’re extremely happy with. Collection was also great with a smooth transaction and vehicle set up. Very happy customers.
