Ford Focus 2009 (09) - 1.6 TDCi Zetec 5dr [110] [DPF]

Short version: Don't hesitate in buying anything from this seller, you'll have a hard time finding a better seller anywhere. I've purchased a few items from this eBay seller and must say I'm very impressed. All items are exactly as described and delivered on time or faster than expected. I've only encountered one problem which was a loose headrest that was probably damaged in transit. I informed the seller who replied a few minutes later asking for an image of the damage. I was busy and didn't have time to shoot images or reply at that time. Anyway, I knew this would end up going nowhere. Two days later I received a phone call from someone, politely asking me what my preferred outcome to the problem would be. Well.. I've dealt with quite a few eBay sellers and I wasn't expecting a phone call, let alone a question like that! I replied that I wasn't too bothered as I could glue the headrest myself but I did need a couple of other products. Well, within the hour, I received confirmation that one product had been located and was due to be supplied (free of charge) and dispatched later that day. I also received a link to the other product that I mentioned. This was price matched to one I saw at a different store. Both pathologically packed products arrived in perfect condition, (they would have survived anything!) What can I say? If you're looking for anything automotive, try to buy from EasyCarPartsLtd. before looking elsewhere. I'm naturally hesitant when dealing with new sellers on ebay, but would have no hesitation dealing with this seller again.
