Great experience with these guys, really easy, fast and friendly. Car has been great, and all the cars they had looked really clean and in good condition. They didn't have the second set of keys when I bought the car but posted them out with the new v5 in no time. Highly reccomend.

I have had a great experience with formula prestige motors. I put a Deposit down on a Ford transit but then had some issues my end which delayed getting the van. But Joe was happy to wait and never seemed like he was pestering me to see when I would have it sorted. So when I finally did have everything sorted, I told them I would come to Newport to get the van. They offered to pick me up from the train station which was very nice of them and saved me some money getting a taxi. Once I was there the guys were very pleasant to deal with and easy to talk too! I now have my lovely transit which I love and I honestly can’t think of anything negative about the whole experience! Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

Bought a BMW recently from formula prestige motors and I'm over the moon with the car and service I had however i did have a few problems, not that you don't get problems with second hand cars but the service was faultless,called back to the show room run through the faults, and got them all sorted. I was going to get the same car from sytner BMW Newport and even payed a deposit but the customer service was shocking,they could learn a thing or two from the guys at formula prestige motors. Would recommend to family and friends one happy customer
