Lied and said deposit would be refundable after viewing. Banging noises from engine, chip on windscreen, steering fault. Only refunded part of deposit. Appalling service, appalling car. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service absolutely awful The man said the deposit is refundable if we find a mechanical fault, we found a very loud and clicking sound in engine although mot was done that morning. The man refused to refund and still kept some money The mot done was most likely fake aswelll No body go to these people they are rubbish and sell un reliable cars

Avoid at all costs. Only posting 1 star as there is no zero star We saw a car listed which looked all well and good on paper. We paid a deposit on a car and went to view it at the dealership. The car had a number of mechanical faults (a banging noise from the engine, power steering issue and one of the seats not folding) which the dealer refused to accept were there and made it out as if we didn't know about cars. (We had owned the same car for 5+ years). They thought we just wanted our deposit back when the car was just shambles and not worth a penny. In the end, they did say there was an MOT fault that popped up which they purposely didn't put on the record to keep a clean MOT history. They then refused to refund the full deposit and said they need to deduct \xa350 for the MOT they carried out before our viewing (the MOT would last its not like we are taking that with us). Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, stay well away and don't waste your time or money.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. Avoid like the plague. We had an issue with a car we bought from them and it was an awful experience. It obviously had significant water damage that was present before sale, I'm convinced they knew about it when they sold it to us. They tried to get out of the return of the car, we ended up having to take them to court, only after we had done this they agreed to refund the money and it was still a battle to get that as they kept trying to give us less than we were owed! DON'T DO IT!

Only posting 1 star because I can’t post 0. Bought a Mitsubishi outlander CN15 WHS from them at the end of august, had it probably less than two weeks before it started having issues. Spent money having issues diagnosed only to find the car had a cracked engine head along with other issues, they then had me pay for towing to get the car back to them for them to repair. They supposedly repaired it by swapping the engine with another engine from a breakers. I was then given the car back only to find that there were still issues and amongst other things its turbo was also on its way out. After having to issue a formal right to reject the vehicle Mr Malik finally offered me some of the money I had paid back on the condition I paid for it to be towed to a garage miles away as a “personal favour to him”. I have wasted so much time and money (approximately \xa31000) on this ordeal only to find a week after sending it back they have listed the vehicle for sale again already. I am a female with a young baby who was left stranded without a vehicle for approximately 3 months because of this. Mr Malik also like to made the comment on the phone during one conversation saying “I know you are a woman and don’t know much about cars”. I would strongly urge anyone thinking of buying a car from here not to waste their time or money with this company.

To flee, they are parasites, cockroaches, poor representatives of their corporation. I am a household appliance technician and customers are not gentle on the expectation of the result and the company where I work has a much better Google rating 4.9 for 100 reviews. Purchase on 06/05 of a Mercedes Clk, it break down on 31/05. It does not offer any warranty support. Car immobilized away from home waiting for a solution. I'm at the end of September with no solution from them. I wish them a judicial liquidation with a ban on trade. So your customers are prohibited from going on vacation or weekend. The website you pointed me to does not specifically state this. There are affiliated garages but it is not excluded to go to others. The car will end up in recycling I finally got a quote for the engine repair after only 3 weeks of use and around 2000 miles At the sight of the amount direction of the car the trash Simply Motors Stay on your Robinson Crusoe island

AVOID AT ALL COST!! SOLD ME A CAR FULL OF FILLER WITH NO PAPERWORK FOR ANY REPAIRS UNDERGONE. ENGINE DIED 1 MONTH AFTER PURCHASE. THEY DO NOT QUALITY CHECK THE VEHICLES THEY BUY, NO SERVICE OR MOT FROM THEM.. STRAIGHT FROM THE AUCTION!!!
