Still expecting good service from them. Recently bought volksvagun passte car from them around two weeks ago. Stereo wasnt working and we blindly trust them. Was our mistake we didnt check. Now everyday we are making calls , whtsapp msg everday littreally. Not helping at all. And car is in still warranty. Dont know what to do. No reply on time. Ask them to get a manager mail so we can raise this concern and want to sort this matter.

Unprofessional Cow Boy Sales Team We wanted to purchase a vehicle the salesmen was extremely arrogant despite this we wanted the car and decided to go ahead with the purchase - the salesman intentionally delayed the purchase of the vehicle seems like he wanted to get the sale on following months sales targets or something causing us a great deal of inconvenience. Everytime we called the dealership they would put us on a long hold and not answer - when called with a different number they would immediately answer but once they realise its us they would instantly put us on hold again. We do not want to go ahead with the vehicle any more based on the service we received. However they are now holding on to the deposit claiming this is non refundable however when we put the deposit down this was always refundable and subject to us completing on the purchase of the vehicle. We need some one in management to contact us to resolve this immediately or we will be making an official complaint to financial conduct authority and trading standards. I would advise anybody thinking of purchasing from this company regardless of how good the deal is to steer far away.
