Incompetent Technicians and Dishonest Service This is a one-star review for Stratstone Land Rover Milton Keynes. I bought a Discovery Sport in 2022 and have been dealing with a relentless DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) issue ever since. Despite driving over 300 miles a week on the motorway-the exact type of driving that should prevent DPF problems-the warning light has been a constant presence. Last year, they convinced me to pay over \xa32200 for a DPF replacement, claiming my extended warranty wouldn't cover it. The warning light reappeared within 100 miles, leading me to seriously doubt the replacement was ever performed. This proves their technicians are either completely incompetent or dishonest. Just yesterday, I brought the car in for yet another DPF repair. Unsurprisingly, the warning light returned less than 20 miles after I left the dealership. This consistent failure is beyond frustrating. It seems they are incapable of diagnosing or fixing the root cause of the problem. This dealership has repeatedly failed to resolve a known issue and has a serious lack of integrity. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
