Great garage used to be my go to garage but after COVID stands have gone down. I have just been in to have something done which should have taken no more than half a day, they couldn't compete in 3 now back as of writing this my car has not been looked at and it has been 2 hours. Very poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

I purchased a motorbike via eBay without viewing as it was a few hours away. Martin was kind enough to FaceTime me and go through all the service history and take me show me the bike and point out any scratches etc. I made payment at 3pm and by 7pm I had the bike delivered to me by Martin as it worked for both of us. Really happy with the condition. There was a tiny scratch which happened when transporting the bike, I probably wouldn’t of noticed it by Martin was honest enough to bring it to my attention and offer me compensation for it as a gesture of good will. I’m really happy with the bike and glad I purchased it through eastern garage. I would 100% recommend buying through these guys.

Recently purchased a car from here. Friendly helpful staff. Needed a key sorting and they even sourced someone closer to home for me to have this done (so I didnt have a long drive back) . Everything's good so far !

Brought in a perfectly good subaru outback with no problems for a timing belt / water pump...started leaking..I need a new radiator they said....leaked. its the fan sensor they said....leaked...the head gasket has gone...they said. They Don't know what they're doing. I will be taking them to court.

My daughter bought car here. Had issue with rear axle beam breaking 3 months after purchase. They ordered new one plus tyre and replaced without quibble. Great service. Would trust and recommend for sure. Thanks
