We’ve reached a major milestone – Cazoo’s 100,000th customer. To celebrate, we surprised Victoria by giving her and her husband Joe their Cazoo car for free! We caught up with Victoria to hear all about the big reveal.

Q: Hi Victoria, it’s great to chat with you. We’re so happy that you’re our 100,000th customer! It must have been a huge surprise to get your Cazoo car for free. How did you feel when you heard the news?

Victoria: We were just in so much shock. We knew that we were going to be filmed for publicity purposes collecting the car, but I just couldn’t believe it. We really didn't expect it!

Q: Will you treat yourself to something special with the money you’ve saved?

Victoria: Yeah, definitely, with some of it. We'd like to get the kitchen repainted and some new carpets, so nothing that fun! But we might go for a weekend away, too.

Q: A weekend away sounds nice. So, what did you think when we revealed your car?

Victoria: It was exactly what we were expecting. We’ve had a Ford Fiesta before and that's why we replaced it with another – we just really like them.

The car actually looked like new. Obviously when you buy a used car, you probably expect it to look a little bit used. But it really did look like a new car had been revealed. It was in great condition and I thought you’d done a really good job on the cleaning and making it all sparkly. Sadly, it’s already been rained on and driven on muddy roads, so it doesn't look quite that shiny anymore!

Q: This is your second time buying a Cazoo car – why did you choose us again?

Victoria: We thought the buying experience was just so easy. We like the website and the way you can easily browse different cars online. When we bought our previous car, we had a really smooth experience with that one as well.

Victoria: The Chertsey Customer Centre is only about a 10-minute drive from my house, so it was really convenient for us. If you have any questions, too, you can just ask.

Q: What will you use your car for? Are you planning any exciting journeys?

Victoria: We've already done a couple of journeys with our little Jack Russell and we’ve got a night away in the Surrey Hills coming up. Our Fiesta is a really nice car to drive and, I didn’t realise at the time, but it’s a sportier version of our previous car. So it’s a bit nippier than the other one!
