Every Cazoo car comes with our comprehensive 90-day warranty. Some cars will already have an outstanding manufacturer’s warranty which may have less than 90 days left. If this happens, we’ll apply our 90-day warranty to the car.

Every car we sell comes with our free 90-day warranty and RAC roadside assistance for more peace of mind. After the 90 days, the warranty will no longer be valid unless you buy an extended warranty. If you need to make a warranty claim, contact Assurant on 0330 100 3821. In the event of a breakdown, call the RAC on 0333 200 0999. If you need to make a warranty claim, contact Assurant on 0330 100 3821. In the event of a breakdown, call the RAC on 0333 200 0999. You’ll have the choice of an RAC network garage or you can choose your own as long as the garage is VAT registered.

Yes, every Cazoo car comes with 90-day roadside assistance from the RAC.

Yes, your car will come with a recent MOT with at least 6 months to go before the next one is due, unless your car is less than three years old. Cars less than three years old don’t require an MOT.

You can find out when your MOT is due for renewal at gov.uk.

Usually a service is due every 10,000-15,000 miles or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Every Cazoo car will have also been recently serviced by us.
