With CazooCover, you can extend your warranty for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years. Just tell us the option that suits you best and we’ll do the rest!

Your extended warranty covers you if something goes wrong with the mechanical or electrical parts of your car. It also covers your yearly maintenance inspection at the start of each year of cover. Some exclusions and limitations apply, which can all be found in the terms and conditions.

Your extended warranty covers you for problems with the mechanics or electrics of your car, but there are some exceptions that aren’t covered. Please refer to the ‘Excluded Parts’ section of the terms and conditions for full details.

You can extend your warranty at any point during the first 90 days. If your manufacturer’s warranty is still valid, you can extend your warranty within 12 months of receiving your car. Just give us a call on 020 3901 3488 or speak to us on live chat.

Yes it does! We provide RAC roadside assistance for the length of your CazooCover extended warranty period.

There is no hire car service provided. However, if the repair takes longer than 8 hours, you may be reimbursed for any hardship caused by not having your car. Full details can be found in the terms and conditions.

Your extended warranty may become invalid if you miss a service, don’t have a yearly maintenance inspection, lose or damage the car due to negligence, use the wrong fuel or oil, or if a problem occurs from incorrectly fitted parts. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.

You need to purchase CazooCover extended warranty with the same card/payment details that you used to pay for your car. Just give us a call on 020 3901 3488 to purchase and pay for extended warranty.

Currently, we can only take payment using the same card that you used to purchase your Cazoo car.

Your yearly maintenance inspection is included in your cover.

To book your next maintenance inspection, just call Assurant (a partner we work with to provide CazooCover) on 0330 100 3821.

You can’t transfer your cover to a new vehicle.

In some instances, if you have sold the car privately, Assurant (a partner we work with to provide CazooCover) will transfer the extended warranty to the new owner for a £25.00 administration fee. To make the transfer, you'll need to meet the standard transfer conditions as detailed in the CazooCover terms and conditions. To check if you can transfer your extended warranty, contact Assurant on 0330 100 3821.

Once you’ve taken out your extended warranty, you have a 7-day cooling off period where you can change your mind and cancel without charge. If you have any questions before you sign the agreement, please give us a call on 020 3901 3488 and we’ll be happy to talk you through it.

The Warranty Group Services, who are part of Assurant, are the partner we work with to provide CazooCover extended warranty, while our 90-day RAC roadside assistance is provided by RAC Motoring Services.
