When you apply for finance, you need to pay a minimum of £100 deposit by card or bank transfer. If you’re part exchanging with positive equity, this will be added to your deposit amount.

In addition to your finance deposit you’ll need to pay a £99 admin fee. If you choose to have your car delivered to your home, we also charge a delivery fee, with prices starting from £149. Both your deposit and the fees will need to be paid upfront as they can’t be included in your finance agreement.

Yes we do. If you're looking to purchase a car on HP or PCP finance, simply find a Cazoo car and click ‘View finance options’ on the car details page. There you'll be able to choose the term length, deposit amount and annual mileage if on PCP. You'll also be given the option to add your part exchange valuation. You’ll then be able to get an instant estimate of your monthly costs, based on our representative example APR of 12.9%.

If you’re part exchanging a car with negative equity, you’ll need to pay the difference between the settlement amount and your car’s valuation at checkout. You can do this by credit or debit card or by bank transfer when you complete your order.

It’s important to tell us the exact amount owed rather than an estimation, so we’re able to pay your lender the right amount once we’ve agreed to take your part exchange car. This amount won’t include any remaining interest that you would have paid if you continued with your agreement. This is known as an interest rebate. The amount of interest that you get back depends on how long you have left on your finance agreement.

Yes, you can. Whether you have an HP or PCP agreement, you have the right to end your agreement at any time by paying off the remaining balance in full. If you have paid half of the total amount payable and are up-to-date with your monthly payments you also have the right to simply hand the car back. This is known as your voluntary termination rights.

If you want to pay off your HP agreement early, you’ll own the car outright but may need to pay an early settlement fee.

For a PCP agreement, the car’s mileage and condition will need to be in line with your terms and conditions.
