This is where you’ll find answers to any questions you might have. We recently bought Imperial Cars and are now transferring all existing Imperial Cars warranty, service plans and MOT services to Cazoo. 

We’re required by law to tell you when we do this and to let you know that Cazoo is replacing Imperial Cars as the ‘controller’ of your personal data.

What happens now?

Your finance agreement remains the same and you don’t need to do anything.

We’ll transfer everything across for you so there’s no need to do anything. We’ll also email you the full details.

Your Service Plan has been transferred to Cazoo and your Service Plan will continue to run as normal. We’ve sorted out everything for you so there’s nothing for you to do. You can redeem your Service Plan at any of our Service Centres which are attached to our Customer Centres. If you have any further questions, then please get in touch on 020 3901 3488.

We're currently in the process of transferring all of the Imperial cars to Cazoo. All of our cars are thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before they’re available for sale on our website, so the car you had your eye on should be available soon.

About your personal data

Yes, Cazoo is now a ‘controller’ of your personal data.

We’re using your personal data if you’ve bought a service that was provided by Imperial Cars (whether that’s a warranty, service plan or MOT). As we recently bought Imperial Cars, we need to use your personal data to continue to provide this service to you.

We have your name, some basic contact information and details about any car or services you’ve bought from Imperial Cars. You can check that the information we have about you is up-to-date in an email we'll send you.
