How do I get a refund for a Service Plan?

We’ll give you a full refund if you change your mind within the first 14 days of receiving your car. Just let us know you’d like to cancel your plan by calling us on 020 3901 3488.

If you wish to get a refund after the first 14 days and you haven’t had a service or MOT yet, we’ll give you a full refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. 

If you’d like to cancel your plan after the first 14 days and you’ve already had a service or an MOT, we’ll give you a partial refund. The amount you’ll be refunded will depend on how much work has been carried out, minus a £25 cancellation fee.
