You can reschedule your handover slot to a later date for free. We’re unable to reschedule if it’s within 24 hours or after 4pm the day before your slot.
To reschedule your slot, simply log in to your account with the email you purchased your Cazoo car with, and you’ll be able to select a new time to suit you. We’ll automatically change your part exchange handover to match the updated time for your Cazoo car handover.
If you’re unable to see the date or time you're looking for, it means that the slot is unavailable.
Once you’ve chosen a new time, we’ll send you an email to confirm your updated handover date.
