Whether we’re delivering your car to your door or you’re collecting it from one of our Customer Centres, we want to make sure that you’re properly introduced to your Cazoo car. Here’s what to expect on the big day.

If you choose to have your car delivered, your Handover Specialist will bring it to you in your chosen two-hour delivery slot on a dedicated Cazoo transporter. They’re about the size of a grocery delivery lorry. You can flag any road restrictions during checkout and we’ll call you 15 minutes before we arrive on the day. Once we’re there, tell us where you’d like it unloaded and we’ll do the rest.

If you choose to collect your car, your Handover Specialist will talk you through everything you need to know during your chosen one-hour collection slot. We have plenty of parking on site and things to keep the kids busy whilst you’re getting to know your car.

A personalised introduction to your car

We want to make sure that you have a thorough handover and one of our Handover Specialists will take you through all of the car’s key features and make sure that you’re happy with it. All handovers take about 30 minutes (or 45 minutes if you’re part exchanging as we’ll need to give your current car a check to make sure it meets our conditions and then we’ll take it off your hands).

No questions left unanswered

Our Handover Specialists know your car inside out and will be able to answer any questions, no matter how big or small. If your car has heated seats or sat nav, they’ll show you how it works. They’ll even pair your phone and set your favourite radio station if you’d like.

7 days to get know your car

We give you up to 7 days to drive your Cazoo car and to make sure it suits your lifestyle. If you change your mind, for any reason at all, you can return it for a full refund.
