Picked up our car today. Dealt with the lovely owner who was very helpful and happy to answer all my questions. Pulled the vehicle out so my disabled husband could get in and view it. Not pushy at all and allowed us all the time we needed to make sure it meet our needs. He then put the car through a Mot, service and valet prior to collecting. I highly recommend this car sales service.
Really polite friendly guys, answered my questions politely, weren\u2019t pushy getting a sale. Left me to wonder round looking at all the vans, then when I asked for more details they were very obliging and let me test drive by myself. Explain everything on point of sale. Spot on. Stress free purchase.

Arranged a collection for today on the website. No one called to confirm the appointment. Called this morning to be told they hadn\u2019t even seen the booking. Went through the whole process and told they don\u2019t deal with cars with big engines. Complete waste of time
I would definitely recommend! I Purchase my new car from them I had really positive experiences. Car in great condition with extra benefits like AA break down cover for a year and 3 months guarantee. No pushing, no rush, really helpful and old school relaxing exercises of purchasing your new car 10/10. I brought a car from SM CARS Norwich back in April/May this year(2025). Being a single woman and engines not being my speciality I took out the extra 3 months warranty, which in the end I was very relieved I did, as I needed to make claim due to the clutch on the car going wrong and when it was stripped, the course was the Impute shaft seal, a bigger job than expected. The Garage have been really amicable through the whole process from start to finish. They have been a breath of fresh air to work with, especially as the extra warranty taken out, should have been registered with AA, but this wasn't the case when they checked. With this in mind I thought I was going to have bit of a fight but no they honoured this without any quibble. I would like to say a big thank for making the process easy and stress free! I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from this company. The after sales team, have been fantastic. Thank you Sul. Kind regards .
