I am so very happy!! I have been after a Dacia Duster for a few months now, but around Ayr, the big dealers always seem to be so overpriced so I was so happy when Stephen and East Kilbride Used Cars had one on sale at the correct price and at the market value it should be. Stephen went out of his way with a superb level of service, he brought the car down to me from over 50 miles away, gave me a decent warranty for peace of mind, RAC breakdown cover and also the car was prepared to an exceptional standard. I was so happy with the service Stephen gave me that I thought the least I could do was give him a lift back home as he were going to get the train back, so I did. He even got me a coffee which he did no need to do, but its the sort of service that makes you want to go back to a business as a repeat customer. Exceptional service and a superb car, I have been out in it all afternoon. I wish more car dealers would give the same level of service I received from East Kilbride Used Cars, then many more motorists would be happy.
Me and my partner traveled up by train to collect our Audi a4 3.0 tdi after a while of serving we finally found the car we were after The travel was over 7 hours on the train but my god it was well worth the travel we test drove the car and was so pleased with the car it was everything we was expecting , the customer service was 10/10 very polite and worked with us all the way was not pushy like most dealerships , I would be back to hopefully to buy another car in the near future !!
Traveled all the way from Hull England to buy an Audi rs4 messaged Steven about the service history and few questions about the car looked through the paperwork for me and told me what had been done on the car I\u2019m a car mechanic and have my own business so I obviously wanted to make sure the car was good Steven actually offered for me to look at the car on the ramp I didn\u2019t ask and wasn\u2019t expecting that so gave me a boost in confidence to make the trip also the warranty is very reassuring car was a great price no negation but none needed really as the car was great would recommend 100% be back for an rs6 next year I\u2019m sure
Saturday morning 10am just had the best car purchase ever. East Kilbride used car company there's a name nobody should for get .From the moment I arrived till I left made to feel so at ease Stephen went out of his way to let me enjoy the whole experience my new car looked stunning inside and out great test drive and such a relaxed atmosphere when completing the purchase. Been using the garage for a while 5 cars in and been so happy with ever car. Just picked up my new car from them ST3 Focus Mk3.5 and what can a say car was in great condition the service was 10/10 and dealing with stephen and the team is so easy in and out within half hour great deal best out there
