The reason I have given a five star rating is because from the first moment of ringing to enquire about the vehicle and place a deposit, the whole process was seamless. Mark Wilman kept me updated with the progress of the vehicle throughout the duration before the handover. Mark made sure every imperfection was sorted out before the handover. During the day of collection, Mark made sure I understood everything as part of the handover process, and we then took a look around the car before I set off on my journey home. It didn’t stop there—I received a phone call a week later from Jen to check in on the new purchase and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. In addition, I have emailed Mark a couple of times and I have to say his response time was great and gave clarity to my questions. Many thanks to Mark and the team at Crewe Audi!
Crewe Audi staff were great because from start to finish the service offered was first class. From the point of entrance of the showroom a lovely lady offered us drinks and made us feel welcome. Both Josh and Ross were amazing in terms of people skills and information given. If it wasn’t for them I may have been tempted to spend £20k elsewhere… as it stands I will be returning in November to buy another car. I can’t fault the service from start to finish. Thank you. You are a credit to Audi!
