I bought a vehicle back in March 2026. Extremely unprofessional customer service, during test drive I noticed a faint vibration. I mentioned it to the sales rep, he brushed it saying if you listen to music cannot be heard. However, I still bought the vehicle as it's a very rare model and overall car was in good shape. I then noticed the budget tyres, which is not acceptable on a premium vehicle. The manager told me it was to keep the price down, the sales representative tried to insult my intelligence by telling me it's premium even when Google was telling me something else. A week later, I noticed a USB port not working which was resolved quickly to be fair. However, I had a visual health check done, after noticing scraping noise from the brake disk and the vibration. I was told a suspension arm needs to be replaced along with the break pads and break of the rear wheels, to get this replaced l, the main dealer quoted me 1200 quid. However Carsa only said they will contribute a maximum of 630 pounds towards the repair which is simply unacceptable, they offered me to come to the branch for repair and they will give me a courtesy car, however they won't be using genuine mercedes parts. Absolutely unacceptable after spending 20k What is incredibly frustrating is the speed of the customer service and the lack of facility to speak to anyone. I really hope this gets resolved quickly. I repeatedly ask for the service history, all they gave was a paper with the miles it was serviced at. I had to go to Mercedes to give me a full service history.
Ended up buying a faulty car on finance from Carsa. Tried to return it but it was made increasingly difficult. It took weeks of ringing, emails and getting car tested before I was finally refunded. The whole situation could have been simply sorted, but I was messed around from the get go to the point where I had lost all faith in the company as it was nothing but a stressful experience.
