I would recommend Carlisle Audi to friends and family because the reception staff were excellent and Tom who sold me the car was very good in explaining the full process. The car was also expertly presented and Tom has followed up with further advice and support post sale.
The experience at Carlisle Audi was good because Kelly was a great saleswoman. We bought the car without viewing it in person and she ensured we had all the information we required and put our minds at ease, we were kept in the loop through the whole process and it was very quick and easy. The used Car manager also came out at the end to thank us for our business which was a nice touch.
