We bought an Audi from Bateman and Lynch\u2019s Tavistock branch, from start to finish the process of buying the car was stress free and straightforward without any pressure being applied. A few months later we had issues with the gearbox, everyone at Bateman and Lynch not only went above and beyond but they happily went further than the extra mile to get our car repaired. They took 100% ownership, and made sure our car was returned fully repaired and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be making Bateman and Lynch our first and only port of call when we require a new car, customer service at it\u2019s absolute finest. Thank you to everyone at Bateman and Lynch, especially Sam, who made the purchase easy and took full responsibility for the repairs, making sure he was our point of contact, giving us weekly updates. I would strongly recommend Bateman & Lynch Cars in Liskeard. James and his team were brilliant and knowledgeable, the buying process was easy, relaxed and stress free. Bought an audi q5 off James. Was picked up from the train station and provided A class customer service from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Upon purchasing the car it was discovered that it had an oil leak that was dealt with promptly and swiftly. Can't recommend highly enough! Will happily purchase our next car from this trader
Couldn\u2019t recommend James at Bateman and Lynch more. Really lovely guy and helped us through his days off over the bank holiday Easter weekend to secure our new car by the Tuesday! The show room is immaculate with a lovely selection of beautifully presented cars. A smooth trade in from start to finish , and brilliant aftercare. Will be recommending to our friends and family , and would definitely use again in the future.
We brought a car from Bateman and Lynch recently after also trading in our car with them. The new purchase was what we wanted however we discovered it had come with a few teething issues. These were addressed to James and he was quick off the mark to have these fixed and rectified with no problem at all. The communication has been fantastic with James himself and the salesman Dan. We really do appreciate the customer care service as it has been faultless and the efficiency of James and staff. I would recommend Bateman & Lynch to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
