I used Bainbridge Motoring LTD. through Blackcircles. The service is got was tremendous. My fitting appointment was for Tuesday 24th but I new I wouldn't be around so I dropped my wheel in on the Saturday morning of the 21st. The lads ended up changing and fitting my tyre after there 1 o'clock finish time. You won't get that at many places. And was also told if I had went direct to them I would have saved around \xa315 on the tyre I was needing. Would definitely recommend.
I had a really positive experience with Bainbridge Motoring and felt they deserved a review. My car had a faulty DPF sensor and I was trying to get the repair done through my warranty with Car Care Plan. They told me I could take the car to any VAT-registered garage, but when I contacted four different garages they all refused to deal with the warranty company. Bainbridge Motoring were the only garage willing to help. Mitchell and the whole team were honest and upfront from the start and were happy to work with the warranty company when nobody else would. They handled the process professionally and kept everything straightforward. The repair was completed through the warranty without any hassle on my side and the team sorted the communication with both myself and the warranty company and completed the repair itself. It\u2019s rare to find a garage that\u2019s this helpful and willing to go the extra mile, especially when dealing with warranty companies. Really appreciate the help from Mitchell and the whole team.
After attending a meeting in Perth I returned to my car to find the tyre flat. I have an air pump and tried to re-inflate it but it would not inflate. I did a search online for local tyre fitters and I called and explained what had happened. Jenna answered and I was told they were very busy but they would see what they could do. I was put on hold then I was advised that Mitchell would come out to my location and look at it. He arrived quickly and tried to inflate it but it would not inflate. He soon discovered that there was a hole in the tyre. I followed him around to the shop and my tyre was replaced very quickly whilst I waited. I would fully recommend using this business. Friendly and fast.
Outstanding service! I was towed to Bainbridge late on a Sunday afternoon and was given a hire car to get me back on the road. This went beyond my expectations on a Sunday. I had my car back by the end of the working week which once again surpassed my expectations! Highly recommend and would use for all repairs on my LandRover going forward.
