A convenient way to collect your car
Our Wembley Customer Centre isn’t like a traditional car dealership.
All our cars are stored centrally and are available for sale on our website for either home delivery or collection. We have a wide range of cars to choose from, simply search used cars and find the one to suit you.
What you need to bring when you collect your car:
- Your order number
- Valid photo driving licence
- ID (a utility bill or bank statement)
- The payment card you used
- Proof of insurance
- A signed V5C and service history (if you’re part exchanging)

If you’re part exchanging, we’ll inspect your current car at the same time to make sure it matches the description you've provided.
And whenever your car needs any care, you can make a booking at our Service Centre which is attached to our Wembley Customer Centre.
