A convenient way to collect your car

We have plenty of onsite parking, complimentary refreshments and things to keep the kids busy whilst you’re getting to know your Cazoo car. 

And if you’re part exchanging, we’ll inspect your current car at the same time to make sure it matches the description you've provided.

What you need to bring:

  • Your order number 
  • Valid photo driving licence
  • ID (a utility bill or bank statement)
  • The payment card you used 
  • Proof of insurance 
  • A signed V5C and service history (if you’re part exchanging)

Our Bishop Auckland Customer Centre isn’t like a traditional car dealership.

All our cars are stored centrally and are available for sale on our website for either home delivery or collection.

And whenever your car needs any care, you can make a booking at our Service Centre which is attached to our Bishop Auckland Customer Centre.
