The Freelander 1 is quickly becoming a sought after thing amongst collectors and with just 2 previous keepers and around 58 thousand miles on the clock, this 2000 1.8 litre soft top variant is undoubtedly a thoroughly good example of the breed. Original and unmodified examples are exceptionally thin on the ground making the truck we have here all the more enticing. Cosmetically the Land Rover looks to be in fine fettle, the paintwork and trim present nicely and highlight very little in terms of wear and tear, the same can be said for the interior which has been well preserved throughout, with the to be expected age related blemishes in places. The rear soft top unlatches and folds away with ease and looks to be in good form. Mechanically the Freelander appears well. We have taken it for a short drive around our farm and it performed nicely; starting, running driving and stopping.
