1 Previous Owner, This stunning 1990 Mercedes 500SL V8 is in beautiful condition throughout. Finished in Smoke Silver metallic with beige leather and brown soft top it is a real head turner. There is a factory hard top available with the car. This left hand drive example started life in America and was then exported to Japan where it remained until 2011 when it was brought to the UK and purchased by a good customer of mine. He has kept the car in climate controlled storage and had intended to take the car abroad. As you would expect with such a low mileage example it drives beautifully and is a testament to the build quality of these R129 SL's. The quad cam 5 litre V8 has plenty of power and the slick shifting 4 speed automatic is a joy to use. The power soft top operates correctly and is in excellent condition. It will come with 12 months MOT and a service upon sale. Open to any inspection.
