Morris Minor 1949 -

Not only is this 1949 Minor lowlight saloon a sight to behold, her history that links her directly to the Production of the Morris Minor is super interesting too.Produced for the home market new in 1949 sold from the Morris Garages Ltd of Oxford to the chief designer for Nuffield pressed steel Co Ltd for his house keeper.Nuffield being the company that pressed the panels for Morris Motors.William Maton her first owner was thought to have been directly involved in the initial design process or mosquito as it was known pre war.The Minor comes with a file of history backing all this up, with original buff logbook and stacks of receipts and MOT's.The Lowlights bodywork is nice and solid, the paint has a good shine to it and looks gerat although there is the odd blemish here and there.
